Dustin Jefferis is a counselor-in-training pursuing his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at George Fox University. He holds a master’s degree in Ecopsychology from Naropa University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University.
Dustin takes an integrative, client-centered approach to counseling, meeting each person where they are with authenticity, curiosity, and respect. He strives to create a supportive and empathetic space where clients feel safe to be open, explore their experiences, and feel understood. Dustin believes that meaningful change begins through a strong therapeutic relationship built on collaboration, trust, and compassion.
Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Attachment Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, Dustin helps clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Together, he and his clients work to build practical skills, strengthen resilience, improve relationships, and move toward a life that is more aligned with their values and goals.
